Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

When Weekly Therapy Isn’t Enough… But Hospitalization Isn’t Necessary

Life can become overwhelming. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, emotional regulation, or another mental health concern, sometimes traditional weekly therapy doesn't provide enough support - but inpatient treatment may not be necessary.

The Psychology Lab's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a higher level of care designed to help you stabilize, heal, and move forward while continuing to live at home, maintain work or school responsibilities, and remain connected with your support system.

Our structured, evidence-based program combines individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric support, and practical skill-building to help you regain control and create lasting change.

Healing doesn’t require putting your life on hold.
